The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.


Customs policies differ from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. Furthermore, the charge you receive from covers the cost of the merchandise and shipping only. Certain charges, such as customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to your order and are in addition to the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. All additional charges are taken care of by the customer. We at have no control over these additional charges, nor can we predict what amount they may add up to. Please note that product manuals may not be in the language of the destination country. Additionally, the electrical and voltage requirements of various products may be of a standard different from that of the destination country, in which case a converter is required. This converter is not supplied by us. 

Some of the products we sell may face restrictions or be banned in certain countries.  We here at hold no responsibility in such cases. Customers should inquire with local customs or postal authorities about the legality of importing certain items before ordering.
